My furnace quit in minus 30 degree weather on Friday, January 12, 2023 at 8:00 am, and I panicked. I called several businesses to try and get someone out to help me. 4 Seasons was the only one that didn't send me round in circles with an annoying phone system, and I got to speak to a real person right away. Taylor, the very pleasant dispatcher, assured me that she would rearrange a few things and get a tech out by noon. Within an hour Amber was at my door, and she was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was able to finance the costs helped by Annaliese, the finance officer. I cannot say enough about how wonderful these women were. The job was done immediately, efficiently and my doggies and I were saved. Please don't waste time with any other furnace outfit. We had two service calls in the last two weeks; a furnace maintence check up and duct cleaning.Blaise did the furance check up; he was efficient and knowledgeable. Well my experiences were all good except for recently. Had one of their service people in for our air conditioner cleaning outside. He did an extremely bad job. When I came home I made a complaint and it was immediately resolved no questions asked. I had Jeremy in to check it out the first go around then I got Jeremy back to do a complete cleaning of the outside unit and fixed everything the other guy messed up. Jeremy is top notch. Nice guy, professional and has great work ethic. He was there for about 1.5 hrs correcting and cleaning the unit thoroughly. Recently our furnace stopped working properly. After seeing the positive reviews on Google and the Better Business Bureau website we called 4 Seasons. They had day-of availability, though we made an appointment for the next day due to our schedules. Jeremy who came out was great: he found the problem, fixed it and let us know what we may need to keep our eyes on in the future so we can be prepared. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond in helping us figure out what some of our switches control. I was so pleased with the service provided by this company. When Connery arrived and it turned out all that was needed was to replace the batteries in my thermostat to restore heat to my house, I felt pretty silly. He was so kind and professional about it. He was very friendly and didn't look twice at my messy house. I also asked him to go down into the basement to make sure I had replaced my furnace filter properly and he didn't mind at all. Our business was without heat for two days. the first place we called couldn't come for a few days so i called 4 Seasons and they were there within two hours. Our technician Jeremy Otis was very professional and quickly determined that a simple wire had worked loose and once reattached the furnace worked perfectly. There was no pressure to sell me a new furnace although our furnace is 38 years old but he tested the draw on the motor & said it had lots of life left. I appreciated his honesty and felt he had our best interest at heart in what he was recommending. I would gladly hire them again and will probably be ordering our new furnace through them when we decide to go that route.read more

I had an issue with my chimney on my wood burning stove, I phoned Four Seasons Friday afternoon at 4:15 p.m., they were very courteous and accommodating over the phone and said they would send out a repairman on Monday around 1:00 p.m.. Jeremy was the technician who came out he repaired the problem and extended our chimney by 6 ft. I have a very steep pitch on my roof and it was not easy but he didn't excellent job, did not complain and fix the problem. If we have any heating issues with my furnace or the wood burning stove again I would request Jeremy as a technician if possible. Earlier this year, we had Ashley over to plan a modification - change our wood burning fireplace to a gas unit. She was remarkable in the plan and follow up of the installation. Great job Ashley. My husband and I recently used 4 Seasons to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. From the outset of our experience, everyone we dealt with at 4 Seasons were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Once the installation started we met Jeremy who acted above and beyond our expectations. He was helpful, kind and worked very hard to get the job done and there was never a problem. He was smart, knew all about the products and the installation required and he answered any questions we had about the job. I cannot saw enough great things about the 4 Seasons team! We called in on an Wednesday with AC issues and they were able to book a tech in the very next day as he had just finished a job.The tech(Scott) arrived on time and did a phenomenal job assessing the issues and explaining it in a way I would understand. He gave me several options on how to find a solution. Ultimately the best solution was to replace our 1989 AC unit, which meant more correspondence between the service and estimation team. Each of the team members were kind, timely and professional in their effort to get a new AC unit quoted. When I called in to review the quote Ashley also was able to explain things in a way that made sense and never once tried to push us into a more expensive options. We settled on the Comforteer option and asked if we could possible have it installed that day as we were having a family function that evening at our house and it was supposed to be 36 degrees that day.Understandably, Ashley was unsure if this could be done as it was Friday and I was asking day of...4 Seasons was able to get a tech in on his day off and he did a great job getting the new AC unit installed! 4 Seasons did a really professional job with the instal, they cleaned everything up and took out the old AC unit. 4 Seasons replaced our aged Hot Water Tank with a beautiful top of the line product. Correspondence was wonderful - they sent total information on replacements, installation and even broke down payments if we chose. All correspondence was clear, concise and easy to understand. Had a furnace and hot water tank installed through a Home Depot purchase. Ashley checked out the installation on Friday afternoon and we received an estimate Monday morning. I contacted Ashley Friday to proceed with the installation. I was contacted by Tara to complete the paper work and to schedule the installation. Kevin and John completed the installation in a day and half and it was well done. Unfortunately the hot water provided by Home Depot had leak where the anode electrode is mounted in the tank. The tank was replaced with a new tank the next thanks to Tara, Four Seasons and Home Depot. I am very happy with the installation.read more

My furnace quit this winter and having two little girls to keep warm, it was a a huge concern. Tara was amazing to deal with and ensured we had help as soon as possible. They even came with their kids in the car to check and see what they could do because they were closed at the time. I moved to Lethbridge. During the move my electric fireplace took a beating. All the glass pieces were everywhere and it couldn't start nor the heater. John from Four Seasons came to fix it. He was very careful and replaced all the glass pieces, but there was something else not working. He checked the electricity and verified everything very carefully. He found the problem and fixed it. Thank you so much 4 seasons!!Im sure this rating will change but right now it's a solid 1.4 seasons was recommended highly by multiple friends and in the past I have used the company for repairs of my furnace and been very impressed. So when we wanted to install A/C in the house we just purchased we decided to go with 4 seasons instead of the other company we have used multiple times in the pastFinal result of our new A/C - I wish I could return it at this point and get my money back.This house has an older furnace, which appeared to run decently and I'm planning on upgrading it this fall too but .....as most people can relate to I have a budget and the A/C became a priority with the last heat wave. The furnace and the fire places will wait till the fall. The furnace had a low growl you could hear if you were standing in the room right above.I was really amazed they did the install even though it rained off and on which to me is dedication as your dealing with electricity. The whole experience was really good until the election hit a couple of snags part way thru the day. You could tell he was frustrated and everything was starting to bother him. He had a defective part, then a new part was delivered to him that one was defective as well so he "did it the old fashioned way" and that part was not used in the install.Long story short, I'm more worried about my furnace quitting now than I was 2 days ago. It squeaks and squeals the entire time in runs and you can hear it throughout the entire house and that's just not acceptable. I found brand new, never used screws on the floor and outside the sealant dimpled as it was drying so it's not sealed completely.I'm shocked because this is not the service this company normally provides.So not even an hour after hubby called and everything is right! I guess you still have it. Super glad when hubby told me you sent a crew out ASAP. That gives me wread more
